He was predeceased by: his father David Roger Foglesong. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Foglesong of Bland; his girlfriend Sheila Bishop of Pulaski; his stepchildren, Carltario Stevens and Oquandiah Bridley; his brother Robert (Jessica Foglesong); and his stepsiblings, David Allen Kitts of Tennessee, Rebecca Jane Kitts-Bennett of Florida and Christina Lynn Kitts-Howerton of Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barnett Funeral Home (325 Church St, Wytheville, VA 24382). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
