She is survived by : her children, Gary Kenneth Cook, Sr. (Sharon) of Pulaski and Pamela Crowder (Jerry) of Pulaski; her sister Juanita Richardson (Pete) of Pulaski; and her grandson Gary Kenneth Cook, Jr. of Pulaski.
