Though Fred may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabel Virginia Duncan Hancock and Fred Ralph Hancock, Sr.; and his brother Marvin "Lewis" Hancock. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bowman Hancock; his daughter Sarah Hancock Marshall (Ryan); his grandson Sawyer; and his sisters, Brenda Gravely, Linda Long (Roger), Ellen Bond (Roger), Marie McGrady (Kenneth) and Kathy Davis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seagle Funeral Home (415 Jefferson Ave N, Pulaski, VA 24301). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
