She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wells Rodgers, Sr. and Quindora Switzer Herring; her husband Rolf Alfred Koehler, MD; and her siblings, Col. James Wells Rodgers, Jr., Francis Cecil Davis, Jr. and Janet Kaye Hillman.
She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Patrick, Dana Kevin and Daniel Ray Dunlap; her daughters-in-law, Vicky Lee, Sara Carter and Karen Dunlap; and her grandchildren, Victoria, Kaela and Cole Dunlap. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bower Funeral Home - Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
