She was predeceased by : her parents, James William Clark and Sarah Rose Fertitta Jones; her husband Tommy Howard Patton; her daughter Donna Faye Burton; her half-sisters, Patricia Ann Jones and Nancy Jean Jones; her stepfather Nathaniel Franklin Jones; and her stepbrothers, Alvin and Nathaniel Wayne Jones.

She is survived by : her daughter Dreama Dawn Umberger; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jeremy Shorter, Brittney, Cody Dalton, Wytheville, Katee, Thomas Johnson, T. J. Umberger and Jordon Umberger; and her stepgrandchildren, Joshua, Silvia Burton, Kandice and Ricky Salmonsen.
