He was predeceased by: his parents, Pervis White and Marie White; and his sisters, Joyce Englert and Peggy White. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. White; his children, PJ Kegel, Shawn Russell White (Jennifer White), Joshua Harold White (Julie White) and Brother Don White; his sister-in-law Lois White; his nieces, Julienne Redmond and Lauren Hale; and his grandchildren, Delaney Kegel, Mikayla Kegel, Ruby White and Kate White.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Village Chapel (3091 Greenbriar Rd, Draper, VA 24324).
