In the vast expanse of eternity, may Samuel David find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Melva; and his brother J. W. (Walleye). He is survived by: his son Jabe (Amber) of Seven Lakes, NC.; his grandchildren, Ella Whitley (James Earl Whitley) of Dudley, NC, Isaiah Largen and Olivia Largen of Seven Lakes; and also Johnny Pope.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jordan's Chapel Methodist Church (5095 Alum Spring Rd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
