Cox "Smurf"; his children, Matthew "Matt" John Cox, Michelle Fithian (Steve), Samantha "Sam" Martin (Rob) and Cynthia "Cindy" Moore; his grandchildren, Amanda Fithian, Jake Martin (Devyn), Adam Fithian (Karli), Tanner Martin, Luke Fithian, Hayden Keister and Seth Keister; and his great grandchildren, Judson and Dallas Fithian. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
