He was predeceased by : his close friend Ellen McKenzie; his father Robert E Cook Sr.; his siblings, Charlotte Cook, Dennis Cook and Mark Cook; and his parent Shirley Cook Darr.
He is survived by : his daughter Rosanna Vicente; his son-in-law Carlos; his grandchildren, Jasmin, Shealah and Bubby; and his wife Ellen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
