He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilbur Reed and Marcia Hisler Reed Bill; his stepson Patrick Sheen; and his grandson Gilbert Johnson. He is survived by: his cousins, Robert Roach, Ann Roach Willoughby, Mary Robinson and Michael Roach; his wife Della Sheen; his children, Cathy Sheen Johnson, Franklin Sheen and Brian Sheen; his cousins, Cathy, Jon Johnson, Franklin Sheen and Brian Sheen; his grandchildren, Kyla Womack (Dave), Liam Sheen and Trianna Sheen; and his great grandchildren, Seneca Womack, Jordan Johnson, Harlan Womack and Wade Womack.
