He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Gutierrez; and his sister Nancy Kennedy. He is survived by: his father Ernest Gutierrez of Dubuque, IA; his sons, Cameron and Alexander Gutierrez of Rockville, MD; and his siblings, Jane Gutierrez of Gallatin, TN, Dora Rogers (Scott) of Dubuque, IA, Ernest Gutierrez (Trish) of Jacksonville, NC, Bonnie Gutierrez of Dubuque, IA and Bert Tallman (Rob) of Bald Knob, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
