He is survived by: his wife Dina; his daughters, Macy, Julie, Samantha, Tori, Kaitlyn and Kasey (Britany); his siblings, David Underwood (Linda), Robert Underwood (Sharon), Randy Underwood (Lisa), Clifford Underwood and Deborah Fuller; and his sister-in-law Theresa Underwood. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
