He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Wilson Bullard and Louise Loller Bullard; and his brothers, William Daniel Bullard and Robert Kenneth Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chauncey Bullard; his daughter Deanna Cosner (William); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mederos (Braian) and Adam Cosner; his great grandchildren, Carolina Mederos, Leo Mederos and Claire Bush; and his brother Ernest Bullard (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a number of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Antioch Baptist Church.
