He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Painter and Sue Painter; his brother Bryan Painter; and his pet Ollie Tamale. He is survived by: his wife Jean Painter; his children, Katie Painter and Will Painter (Ashley); his grandsons, Grayson, Jackson and Maverick Painter; his brother Patrick Painter (Charmaine); and his siblings-in-law, Katrina and Kurt (Kelsey). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kentwood Heights Baptist Church (2607 New Kent Hwy, Quinton, VA 23141).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Kentwood Heights Baptist Church, designated for either the church's youth fund or food pantry.
