She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Fulcher and Lizzie Irene Roberts; her husband Finch Weston "Frank" Duffy; and her sister Louise Warren. She is survived by: her son Alan Duffy (DeEtta Ray); and her sister Linda Williams (Michael). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
