With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gracie Eileen Worrell (Radford, Virginia), who passed away on October 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alvis and Hassie Holliday Dishon; her husband Earnest Worrell; her daughter Sandra Lynn Worrell; and her sister Agnes Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie D. Worrell and Jeannie Worrell Quesenberry (Michael); her granddaughters, Autumn Brooke and Alyson Blake Quesenberry; her siblings, Belva Lorraine Dalton, Gary Dishon (Reba), Ricky Dishon (Debby) and Jeff Dishon (Margaret); and her sisters-in-law, Hattie Worrell Simpkins and Edna Worrell DeLap. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dishon Cemetery.
