She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hampton and Mary Francis Neal Dobbins; her husband Charles Alfred Duncan; and her sister Melinda Underwood. She is survived by: her brothers, Roy D. Dobbins and Larry H. Dobbins; her nieces and nephews, Jason Underwood (Jenni), Doug Underwood (Donna), Kevin Underwood (Emma), David Dobbins, Dennis Dobbins, Tracy Webb (Dwayne) and Linda King (Frank); and her friend Betty Bisell. She is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews, and great great nieces and great great nephews.
