He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Elizabeth Scott; and his brother Herbert Dean Scott. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Scott; his sister Darlene Nelson; and his close friend Dusty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
