He is survived by: his wife Kathy Marie Robbins Handy; his children, Jacky Lee Handy Jr. (Sasha) of Ballard, WV and April Parker (Chris) of Bluefield, WV; his grandchildren, Courtney, Crystal of Morgan, A. J., Isabelle, Jackson, Penny and Marley; and his siblings, Melvin Handy of Peterstown, WV, Anthony Handy of Peterstown, WV, Lorine Handy of Lindside, WV. and Melinda Handy of Lindside, WV.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chambers Cemetery.
