Leo Douglas Smith Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira William, Sr. and Thelma Surface Smith; and his brother Rev. Ira William Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ozina Bilbrey Smith; his daughter Vickie Martin; his granddaughter Hannah Martin Caldwell (Ethan); his sister Jane; his brother-in-law J. R. Price; his brothers, Earl Smith (Gloria) and Paul Smith (Kim); and his adoptive daughter Brenda Arrington. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
