In the sacred silence of farewell, Rita is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Gibson and Harry Bond; and her husband Ken Hite. She is survived by: her stepparent Delmas Gibson; her children, Chuck Hite (Carol), Howard Hite (Tess), Michael Hite (Jenny) and Cindy Tolbert (Bill); and her pet Annie. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, 1 great-great- grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Missions Fund, The Blessing Meals Fund, The Etta-Kait Fund, The Clair Bear Strong Fund or the General Fund at Calvary Baptist Church in Radford Virginia.
