She was predeceased by: her parents, Bishop Roy Leon Goad and Catherine Lucas Goad. She is survived by: her children, Marina-Elizabeth Venegas, Sara-Amanda Venegas and Raul-William "Lucas" Venegas; her siblings, Suzanne Goad and William Goad; and her nieces and nephews, Emily Goad, Chesney Goad, Matthew Goad and Joel Hill.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to be used to pay Sarah Goad's existing expenses.
