He is survived by: his wife Paula Horne; his children, Christopher (Jessica Farmer), Josh, Matthew, Christina and Amber; his grandchildren, Landon, Paisley Lynn, Leland, Kayden, Levi, Summer, Zane and Arianna; his mother Peggy Horne; his siblings, Keith Horne, Kimberly Barnett and Christy Turner; his mother-in-law Mitzie Bain; his siblings-in-law, Mark Bain and Jackie Fisher; and his close friends, Jeff Suddeth and Lyndy Humphrey. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141).
