He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde William and Hazel White Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Oder Johnston; his children, Caroline Mora (Andres Mora Guevara) and Tyler William Henry Johnston; and his grandchildren, Austin, Andrew, Ariana, William and Julianna. He is also survived by family members and friends.
