He is survived by: his wife Kay Cook; his daughters, Kristen Dudding and Kathy Wertz; his sons-in-law, Ash Dudding and Jeffery Wertz; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Dudding, Caleb Dudding, Jonathan Wertz, Stephen Wertz, Christopher Wertz and David Wertz.
