He is survived by: his daughter Amy Grace Campbell Crews (Micah); his grandchildren, Grace Anne and Ian James Crews; his brother Burness "Snap" William Campbell (Margaret); his nieces and nephews, Gina Yoder (Greg), Terri Vailes (Robert), David Campbell (Emily) and Chad Campbell (Ashley); and his sister-in-law Mary Campbell.
