We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2025, at the age of 70, Kevin Earl Milkman of Raphine, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kevin leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wade's Mill (55 Kennedy Wades Mill Loop, Raphine, VA 24472).
Memorial contributions may be made to any Veterans' organization or to the Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah.
