She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Carlton Puckett; and her brother Chester Lee Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Ann Puckett (Butler); her children, Jonathan D. Chittum, Jr. and Brandi Deseree Bowling (Patrick Hord) of Raphine; her close friend William F. "Billy" Puffenbarger of Churchville; her brothers, Glenn "Wayne" Smith (Jennifer) of Fairfield and Joseph M. Puckett (Jennifer) of Blacksburg; her grandchildren, Annalyse and Steven; and her close friend Angela Mawyer.
