Lay Jr.; his son-in-law Julius Richards; and his siblings, Wolcott Jr. "Ted" (Jeananne), Richard (Laura), Daniel (Belmar), Francis (Carlyn), Dominic (Dorothy "Dotty"), John "Jake" and Dorothy "Sue".
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie "Cindy" Mills (Raymond) of Boston, Vicki Richards of Orange and Leeann Chipok (Steve) of Culpeper; his son-in-law Mike Lewitz of Halifax; and his sister-in-law Betsy Lay of Ashburn. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
