It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ratliff of Raven, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Henry William Gilbert and Beatrice Proffitt Gilbert; her former life partner Earnest Edward Musick; her brothers, Sam Gilbert and Bobby Gilbert; her husband Bill Ratliff; her sons, Michael Musick (Donna Crawford) of Lebanon and Joey Musick (Teresa) of Honaker; her stepdaughter Sabrina "Hope" France of Bristol; her grandchildren, Nakeisha Musick (Raymond McGuire), Seth Musick, Cayman Musick, Keleigh Musick, Bethany France, Nick France and Kyrian Lallande; her great grandchildren, Zomora McGuire and Zeke McGuire; and her siblings, Donna Byrd (Nathaniel), Sherri Stinson (Danny) and Chris Gilbert (Tina). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
