She was predeceased by : her parents, Jake Elswick and Margaret Lowe Elswick; her husband Jack Tuggle; her siblings, David Elswick and Cheryl Noel; and her siblings-in-law, Herbie Noel and Debbie Elswick.

She is survived by : her daughters, Angela Church (Joe) of Jacksonville, NC and Sheila Anthony of Raven, VA; her grandchildren, Heather Marshburn (Jonathan) of Richlands, NC, Brandon Church of Charlotte, NC and Kyle Anthony (Whitney) of Richlands, VA; her great grandchildren, Jamison Marshburn of Richlands, NC, Lyla Marshburn of Richlands, NC and Joshua Rowe of Richlands, VA; and her siblings, Betty Reedy (Kermit) of Pounding Mill, VA, Alice Cordle (Ronnie) of Doran, VA, Kay Monk (Steve) of Tazewell, VA, Steve Elswick of Newport News, VA and Bobby Elswick (Alice) of Raven, VA.
