It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia E. Brown of Raven, Virginia, born in Red Ash, Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wesley Brown and Flossie Jane McClanahan Brown; her siblings, Cathy Brown, Dora Lester, Joseph Brown, William Brown, George Brown, Lawrence Brown, Franklin Brown and John "Pete" Brown, Jr.; and her nephews, Bruce Brown and Brian Brown.
She is survived by : her sister Linda Jean Brown of Raven, VA; her nephew Ralph Lester (Kaye); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaimie Fletcher (Jordan), Erin Lester and Steven Lester. She is also survived by her loving family and friends.
