He is survived by: his son Jason Kozlowski; his significant other Debbie; his sons, Josh Snoke and Justin Snoke; and his sisters, Debra Snoke-Moravec, Diana Snoke-Shayter and Darlene Snoke-Staudenmeier. He is also survived by his four sons, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
