He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Jennings and Dorothy Elizabeth McDaniel; his sister Peggy Walker; his brother-in-law Grove Walker; and his brother Kenneth McDaniel.
He is survived by: his wife Illa Faye McDaniel; his sister-in-law Joyce McDaniel; his children, Michael David McDaniel (Julie Elizabeth McDaniel) and Michelle M. Farley (Jimmy Farley); his grandchildren, Joshua McDaniel, James Farley (Caitlyn), Jordan McDaniel (Carissa) and Jacob McDaniel; and his children, Kaleb, Sadie, Olive, Owen, Lukas and Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
