She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert (Lola Clark) and Middlesex; her husband Carter Williams; her son Carter "Randy" Williams; and her great grandchild Megan Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her sister Faye Hicks of Mechanicsville; her children, Donald Williams (Darlene), Leroy Williams (Ann) and Linda Ransone (Steve); her daughter-in-law Peggy Williams; and her granddaughters, Angie, Shalonda, Monica, Crystal, Christine, Bebo and Mandy. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
