She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey Dobberfuhl; and her parents, Marion Goercke and Eric Goercke. She is survived by: her husband Darryl Dobberfuhl; her daughter Jennifer Flynn (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Morgan and JJ Flynn; her siblings, Karen Mostrom (Joel), Rick Goercke and Daryl Goercke; her siblings' children, Lauren Mostrom and Ryan Mostrom (Kate); and her great-nephews, Will and Alex Mostrom.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1133 Reston Ave, Herndon, VA 20170). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
Memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Preschool.
