In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John Eldon leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John Eldon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his wife Madeleine Thurm Nelson (Manette) of Luxembourg; and his parents, Arvid Nelson and Hildur Nelson. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Nelson (Walter Diewald) and Caroline Nelson (Mark Champney) of Reston, VA; his grandsons, Nicholas Diewald (Alison Smith) of Fairfax, VA and Ian Champney of Washington, DC; and his brother Lynn Nelson. He is also survived by father and grandfather to his family.
