He was predeceased by: his father Joaquim Nolasco. He is survived by: his wife Aneluci Da Cunha; his daughters, Maria Claudia, Deborah and Beatriz; his grandchildren, Isabel, Ingrid, Thomas, Natalie, Nicolas, Joseph and Jackson; his mother Neuza Da Cunha; and his sisters, Vera Lucia and Neuza Regina.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Jose Nolasco's memory to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research—where 100% of donations go directly to research and cure of pancreatic cancer (https://lustgarten.org.).
