He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sylvia Forster; his nephew Anthony Raymond Forster (Tony); his niece-in-law Beverly Forster (England); his friends, Bob Shores, Dale Jones (West Virginia), Nader Hanna, Ted Glinsky (Virginia) and Reston; Sophie (England) and Abi (Canada).
