He is survived by: his wife Arlene Ulrich (Bowlby); his siblings, William R. Ulrich, Ruth Anne Latourette (Ronald) and John R. Ulrich; and his children, Raymond (Ray) and Rebecca Hines (Joe). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
