It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard P. Turner of Reston, Virginia, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Elias and Lucy Caroline Turner; his wife Evelyn Lorraine Ballou of Arlington; and his sister Dianne Ballou. He is survived by : his children, Susan Lorraine Turner, Rick Turner (Debbie) of Lake Frederick and Raine Coons (Kim) of Vienna; and also Catherine Ballou. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two step grandchildren, three great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.
