She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Rubin and Dorothy Rubin; her brother Jeff; her husband Seymour Sherman; her daughter Wendy Kamen (Howard); and her grandchildren, Eric Sherman (Lisa), Sarah, Amanda, Abby and David.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Northern Virginia Hebrew Congregation (1441 Wiehle Ave, Reston, VA 20190). A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the King David Memorial Gardens Hollywood Road Falls Church (2712 Hollywood Rd, Falls Church, VA 22042).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in Roberta's memory be made to American Cancer Society or Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF).
