She is survived by: her husband Jerry McIntyre; her siblings, William R. Rector and Jackie Ward; her daughter Terry Clark (Jim); her grandsons, Josh and Brandon Burdette (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Clare and Maggie; her son Jeffrey "Jeff" Burdette (Bonnie); her granddaughter Mikayla Golding (Reid); her daughter-in-law Diane; her granddaughter Melissa Burdette; her great grandchildren, Michael and Elise Cunningham; and her stepchildren, Jerry Wayne McIntyre (Joni), Mary Godfrey, Teri McIntyre, Tommy McIntyre (Staci) and Tisha McIntyre. She is also survived by 12 step grandchildren; 18 step great grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
