He is survived by: his mother Donna Southard (Davis); his wife Wendy Cassell-Twyman; his daughter Destiny Twyman; his stepdaughter Amanda Glines; his granddaughter Elena Glines Calles; his stepfather Rob Southard; his sister Sabrina Brundage; and his brother-in-law Stevie Brundage. He is also survived by his step brother, step sister, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
