She was predeceased by: her father John Wesley Knighting; and her brother Larry Wayne Knighting. She is survived by: her husband William Douglas "Doug" Partlow; her mother Anna Marie Leathers Waugh; her stepmother Nancy Hawkins Knighting; her son Dustin Ryan Tharp; her stepsisters, Stephanie Berrey Dudley, Linda Anne Knighting and Lenora Jane Knighting Racer (Barry); and her granddaughters, Lea Michele Cacho and Leila Analis Tharp. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Preddy Funeral Home Chapel (59 Edgewood School Ln, Madison, VA 22727).
