He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lee Floyd and Mabel Celeste Wilkerson Floyd; his wife Joyce Ann Campbell Floyd; his daughter Katherine Floyd Woodcock (Jimmy); and his siblings, Howard Lee Floyd Jr. and Betty Floyd Finch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marguerite Floyd McCord (Matthew) of Rhoadesville and Lisa Floyd Sparks (Edward) of Orange; his grandchildren, James Bradley "Brad" Woodcock (Trisha), Frederick Ryan "Ryan" Woodcock (Shannon), Jessica Woodcock Smith, Mary Anne Sparks (Wayne), Katherine Sparks Rohrback (Andrew), Joyce McCord Clatterbuck (Bryan), Sara Sparks Cutone (James) and Campbell McCord Pederson (Ben); and his brother William Bruce Floyd (Lainee). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
