He was predeceased by: his parents, Harless Ratcliffe and Lula Bell Lawson Ratcliffe; his daughter Sandy Ratcliffe; and his sister Mary Bell Payne. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Ratcliffe, Robert Dale Ratcliffe, Melinda Ratcliffe and Heather Williams; his grandchildren, Cheyanne Ratcliffe, Clara Williams, Dawn Williams, Khylen Jace Taurus and Lexi Anne Marie Taurus; and his brother Arthur Ratcliffe.
