He was predeceased by: his father Alvin S. Salyers (Joe); and his wife Patty Ann Salyers. He is survived by: his mother Rachael J. Salyers; his caregivers, Rhonda Lester (Johnny Lester Jr.) and Rosie Rife; and his granddaughters, Sydney Lester and Beverly Lester. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
