He is survived by: his children, Rita Marie Mullins, Sandra Kaye Sparks, Jesse Viars, Logan Viars and Billy Ray Viars, Jr.; and his sister Annalou Viars Browning (Ronnie). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
