She was predeceased by: her parents, Matoka E. Leonard and Pattie Mae Vandyke Leonard; her husband Greer Garson Whitt; and her siblings, Bevelene Clifton, Lorene Nelson, Donald Leonard and Denny Leonard.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Whitt of Richlands, VA; her siblings, Rachel Darlene Harrison of Cocoa Beach, FL and Walter Leonard of Waipahu, HI; and her grandson Jacob "Jake" Proffitt (Angel Also). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
